本サービスを利用するには、アカウントの作成が必要です。 アカウント情報は正確かつ最新の状態に保つ責任があります。
APIキーを使用してサービスにアクセスします。 各プランに応じたレート制限が適用されます。

以下の利用は「商用利用」に該当し、有料プランへのアップグレードが必要です：
The following uses are considered "commercial use" and require a paid plan: production environment usage, integration into revenue-generating services, business/organizational use, and API usage for providing services to third parties.
商用利用の判定には、カスタムドメインの利用状況、トラフィックパターン、 リクエスト元の分析等を使用する場合があります。 商用利用が検出された場合、有料プランへのアップグレードをお願いすることがあります。
Commercial use may be detected through analysis of custom domain usage, traffic patterns, and request origin. If commercial use is detected, you will be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.
無料プランでの商用利用が検出された場合、以下の段階的な対応を行います：
If commercial use is detected on a Free plan, we will take the following graduated actions: (1) upgrade notification, (2) rate limiting, (3) account suspension if not resolved.
以下の行為を禁止します：
本サービスで取得したデータの利用については、 各APIの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従ってください。
本サービスにおける個人情報の収集・利用・保護に関する詳細は、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 API経由でのご利用を含め、本サービスの利用にあたっては当該プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to all use of our services, including API-only access without a web interface.
デジタルサービスの性質上、提供開始後の返品・返金は原則として承りません。
ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません:
サブスクリプションはいつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセル後も次回課金日まで引き続きサービスをご利用いただけます。 ご不明な点はサポートまでお問い合わせください。
Due to the digital nature of our services, returns and refunds are not accepted after service delivery in principle. However, exceptions apply where: (1) the Operator determines it is reasonable, such as significant service failure; or (2) PayPal's Buyer Protection policy applies. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the next billing date.
本サービスは、事前の通知なくサービス内容を変更、追加、または停止する場合があります。 メンテナンスや障害によりサービスが一時的に利用できない場合があります。
本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。 本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。 変更後も本サービスを継続して利用する場合は、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
Platform Position and Funds Settlement Act Classification
ppn-hub.com は API インフラストラクチャ（Backend as a Service、以下「BaaS」）を提供するプラットフォームです。 PPN はポイント、仮想通貨、その他の前払式支払手段の発行者ではありません。
ppn-hub.com is a platform that provides API infrastructure (Backend as a Service, "BaaS"). PPN does not issue points, virtual currencies, or any other prepaid payment instruments.
本サービスの API を利用してポイント、仮想通貨、その他の経済圏を構築する開発者は、 以下の法的義務を自ら負うものとします：
Developers who build point systems, virtual currencies, or other economic systems using our APIs assume all legal obligations, including filings under the Payment Services Act (Japan) or equivalent regulations in their jurisdiction.
PPN の課金基盤を経由してポイント等の前払式支払手段を販売する場合は、 事前に当社への申告が必要です。未申告での利用が判明した場合、サービスの利用を停止する場合があります。
Prior notification to PPN is required when selling prepaid payment instruments through PPN's billing infrastructure. Unauthorized use may result in service suspension.
